What I have learned in my journey of entrepreneurship is that understanding the skills and tools of marketing and building a successful business are super important, but they are not everything.  They are only the tip of the iceberg.

GIFTED Academy Mastermind

The GIFTED Academy Mastermind Program is an intimate group of successful travel professionals where focus is placed on all 4 critical pillars to success: Marketing, Mindset, Passion and Support.  Members get 1-on-1 mentoring with Meredith Hill so that they have clarity around their next steps, are held accountable, get stretched beyond their personal expectations, and move swiftly through mindset blocks that would normally stop them.  They say, “Two minds are better than one.”  In that spirit, members benefit from group interaction on monthly calls and during 3 LIVE meetings so that they can share ideas, experience, wisdom, and continue to push each other forward with no steps backwards.  Being a part of the GIFTED Academy Mastermind is a unique opportunity for people who are ready to play much bigger in the travel business and make a difference in the world.

1. *Three* 2.5-day “closed-door” LIVE group meetings with Meredith Hill and Your Tribe

These meetings are our way of inviting you to take your business on a “Safari.”  They are opportunities for you and your business to escape the chaos and tedious tasks of everyday, so that you will be able to take a step back, have perspective, and create a clear, deliberate strategy for your business.  We have handpicked the locations so that the energy will be an upgrade from your daily environment.  The environment is also prime for connection with each other, yourself and your message.  ($6,000)

• Meeting 1: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday August 9, 10, 11 will be held at:

Fly into Charlotte Douglas airport; full travel details will come at a later date.

• Meeting 2: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday October 18, 19, 20 will be held somewhere on the West Coast.  More details will follow as soon as a location is determined.

• Meeting 3: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday December 13, 14, 15 will be held at:

• We ask that you fly in the day before (Monday) to prevent missing the first part of the Mastermind meeting. Please plan on being there until the end of the Mastermind Group meeting. We end at the latest 3:30pm on the 3rd day – Thursday– allowing you to book a flight home anytime after 5:30pm on Thursday. Or consider returning the day after (Friday) to plan out your next steps while still away from the distraction of your office.

• We will negotiate room discounts for each meeting. These will be available shortly and you will receive hotel details as soon as these are finalized. We encourage you to treat yourself to a room of your own so you can really feel the abundance to put you in a mindset for success.

• Business Partners: You are welcome to bring an employee (1099 or W2), spouse or documented business partner to attend the LIVE group meetings and any live events included in your membership. This support can make a big difference in implementing the resources and guidance from the meeting (it helps to have a second set of ears and hands for note-taking). Please let Marcia know ahead of time if you will be bringing a key employee, including the person’s name.

These calls will be used to dig deep, discover your passions and full potential, get clear on how to confront fears and limiting beliefs stopping you, and then map out your marketing plan.  By connecting with Meredith every other week, you won’t go astray and will stay on path. Meredith will personally help you gain clarity and get focused so you can head into each week with confidence and a plan. ($3,600)

•  These calls will be scheduled by Marcia and will take place on the 1st & 3rd weeks of each month on a Thursday from 9:30am – 4pm (ET) or Friday from 9:30 – 1pm (ET). 

Every month we’ll meet as a team, via phone.  ($1,500)

• Group call dates: All monthly group calls will be held on the fourth Thursday of the month at 4pm Eastern (that's 1pm Pacific, 2pm Mountain, 3pm Central), from July through December 2011 (these are subject to change, although this is not anticipated.) Please schedule 60 minutes for these calls.

• You will be invited to participate in a Group forum, a powerful email-based connection tool used only by your Mastermind members.

• Use this to connect, ask for feedback on materials you’re creating, get support from the other members, brainstorm, share ideas and celebrate BIG wins.

• You’ll find yourself using it sometimes on a daily basis to not only request and RECEIVE advice and ideas from other members, but you’ll also use it to GIVE resources to each other and celebrate your wins together. This support is priceless.  ($500)

• Once you’ve connected in-person with the other members of your Mastermind group during our first LIVE meeting in August, you will be asked to select one member of the group as your Daily Accountability Buddy, someone to check in with for 5 minutes a day to keep you on track and moving forward.
